Reverts #257
The Republic of Congo (iso code "CG") is not the same country as The Democratic Republic of Congo (iso code "CD"). The original PR should have been applied to the "CD" files, not "CG".
The base geographic data for "CD" is out of date and need to be corrected.
Apologies to anyone from either of the Congos.
