Meteor support

This release fixes a critical error in 2.0.0 and adds Meteor support.

input type="text" support

Use 2.1.0 instead.

The library now supports both <textarea> elements and <input type="text"> elements.

RTL support was added as well.

This makes it the most versatile, robust, and lightweight caret position library available today.
