This is our initial testing of four parts:

Fidus Writer manual install

1. Manual install locally, Ubuntu 18.x
2. Check advanced instructions for manual install
3. Manual install on GCP. First to appspot.com. See if we should create a web server and MySQL server. Or just one machine. I would recommend two machines to start with. We need to have review FW advanced instructions first. We may also need a mailserver? Once we have complete this we can look at attaching a custom domain.
4. Manual install on TIB DEV machine.
