Semiregular VM catchup

• rawhide now includes rpm-plugin-ima, which breaks rootless
  podman pods. Add a timebomb'ed workaround until there's a
  more definitive solution in podman or its containers-* libraries

• bug fix for Makefile, handle indented timebombs

• install composefs in rawhide
