I was looking into extending the set of solvers for cvxpygen a while back, but I did not quite finish it yet.
We had a contributor reach out on Discord who would be interested in continuing this task, so I'm opening this work-in-progress PR to hear your thoughts on this in general, and perhaps use this as a starting point to add another solver.
