Updated analysis: add file types to pre-release QC

What analysis module should be updated and why?

We are adding new file types in V16 and need to add some file types to this QC

What changes need to be made? Please provide enough detail for another participant to make the update.

• Add QC to check that all tumor RNA samples are in the HLA subtypes RNA file, all WXS samples in the HLA WXS file, all WGS in the HLA WGS file.
• Add CNVkit theta2 seg file QC - not all samples may be in here, as some may not have enough cn changes to generate the theta2 seg file
• Add miRNA, proteomics file QC

What input data should be used? Which data were used in the version being updated?

When do you expect the revised analysis will be completed?

Who will complete the updated analysis?
