Flywheel gear to generate labeled image for QuPath GeoJSON nuclei

This gear will generate a labeled image of polygons based on an input GeoJSON file. It's configured to take a GeoJSON of objects output by QuPath, namely an annotation region comprised on detection objects.

Creates an RGB image with randomized IDs per nucleus.
