The cancer_predisposition of Li-Fraumeni syndrome became Li-Fraumeni syndrome (TP53) in v12, and NF-1 became "Neurofibromatosis, Type 1 (NF-1) in v12. I think this is the only one we are using thus far, and we use it in the TP53 score module, which feeds into HGG molecular subtyping. We should change the code to a partial match (grepl) to avoid another break in the future.
