What steps will reproduce the problem?
consider the following test:
class F {
  factory I([List c, String b, int a]) {}
}

interface I default F {
  I([List a, String b, int c]);
}

main() {
  new I(null, null, null);
}

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: compile-time error
Actual: successful completion

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This is currently spec'ed as a compile-time error in section 8.3:

"It is a compile-time error if kI and kF do not have identically named optional parameters, declared in the same order." where kI and KF are the corresponding constructors in interface I and factory class F. Relaxing this is under discussion, and no conclusion has been reached yet. Hopefully we wil resolve this next week.
