Initiation and Entry Process:

This process is an academic verification of an individual's educational qualifications that ensures the instructing quality and integrity.

it will be conducted by member institutions to conclude that if one is fit to be a participant as an instructor in a specific course or subject despite their certification background.

Integration:

Development of a platform where member institutions can verify their candidates/applicants online and provide feedback on their review as what grade they scored in the interview and if they completed the course within premises or not.

Adoption of Initiation and Integration :

These processes may be implemented on a future stage if the stakeholders see fit.

Goals and Objectives:

  • Create a platform where students and teachers can register, as a student looking for guidance or as a tutor offering his help.

  • Students can search for a topic they want to learn more about, choose a tutor and request a meeting.

  • Tutors will have to be approved before being allowed to offer their help.

  • After a session is complete, the tutor will receive an evaluation from the student.

  • Reviews and Evaluations help tutors rise to the top.

Purpose:

Students in an university usually need guidance from a teacher or another student outside of class, to better understand the topic. This project means to create an environment to connect these students with potential tutors.

Project Priorities and Degrees of Freedom:

  • The priority is having a platform that allows: registration and requests is fully functional.

  • The implementation method may vary, visual aspects, and other extra features could be decided by the team during implementation and execution.

Risks and Obstacles to Success:

  • Potential lack of interest from universities/students/teachers.

  • Finding an efficient method for evaluating the tutors can be difficult.
