The credential manager itself allows storing arbitrary credentials, without requiring a so-called host provider.

We should enable such usage too if a --namespace is provided.

This would make the tool more versatile for users of Devlooped.CredentialManager

Allows passing a (for now hidden) `-n|--namespace` for usage as a generic credential tool.

Adds `--version` and `-?|-h` > `--help` automatic conversion.
