We know that co-routines help in writing asynchronous and non-blocking code in kotlin.

`How channels and flows fit here`

They help in communicating among the co-routines and across the layers.
Channels provide a Hot-Flow mechanism.
Flows provide mostly a Cold-Flow mechanism.
