Same as for #16, the user should be able to set a temporary directory. If no directory is set the default will be "_tmp_DCC/", which is the hard wired value by now.

The user is now able to set the temporrary directory via -t and the output directory via -O.
Default temporary directory is unchanged (_tmp_DCC/) as well as the default output directory which is ".".
The -temp flag for keeping the temporary directory after run has been moved to -k ("keep").
