Ironically, this broke in all browsers from when I was fixing old IE.

This branch adds a
test/index.htmlwhich displays a listing of test pages using a customized OnDemandGrid instance. The listing is pulled from a JSON file generated by a node.js script, both of which have been added undertest/data.Given that the build process does not typically process test resources for building, no
package.jsmodifications were necessary to avoid the build tripping over / warning about the node.js script.
