Ironically, this broke in all browsers from when I was fixing old IE.
* add group name to register call * reverse assertion args, doh treats 1st as expected, 2nd as actual

The commits on this branch add some basic DOH tests superseding 3 of the existing manual test pages, and a gauntlet of tests for initial render / refresh behavior of OnDemandList and Pagination.
These tests will all pass once #408 and #411 are merged.
Note that this branch builds on top of the branch for #407.
