Fixed issues with the effect shader shadows.
Fixed issues with flickering shadows, broken water shaders.
po3 Light Placer support for lights.
Fixed particle lights that could crash due to a missing "color" array.
Disabled BSImagespaceShaderReflectionsDebugSpecMask to hopefully fix compilation errors.
The permutation buffer can now update at any point where it is required.
Fixed shadowMaskIndex issues.
Removed ID3D11DeviceContext_Unmap hook.
