Describe what you want implemented
We need to rebase this repository to Plonk, as it currently includes the PlonkUp implementation that has been copied to the /plonkup repo.

Describe "Why" this is needed
To separate both implementations, and being able to benchmark the pairs plonk+poseidon and plonkup+zelbet.
