Update template to gitignore android/app/.cxx (#34430)

Summary:
CMake gens running debug
- `android/app/.cxx/Debug/*`
- `android/app/.cxx/RelWithDebInfo/*`

Neither/nothing during release.

So probably want the 87 debug files untracked.
