Requirements:

Can't be language specific. The blackfriday and commonmark suites are good examples.
I suggest a set of folders or file-pairs, each named after the test.
Test runner than invokes a command for each test.
A CI target that invokes our command.
Valid and invalid test examples.
Ideally cover each facet of the spec.
