main.scss not found in 0.11.5-beta.1 #173

On updating to version 0.11.5-beta.1 from version 0.11.4, I get the following error on build.

This relative module was not found:

./styles/main.scss in ./node_modules/vuelayers/lib/index.js

  imports from those packages are not changed
- UMD version (dev/demo version) now includes all used stuff from `ol`
  package
- updated documentation and README
