Godot 4.4 dev 5 is a dev snapshot for the 4.4 feature release. Dev snapshots are in-development builds of the engine provided for early testing and feature evaluation while the engine is still being worked on.

Built from commit 9e6098432aac35bae42c9089a29ba2a80320d823.
To make a custom build which would also be recognized as dev5, you should define GODOT_VERSION_STATUS=dev5 in your build environment prior to compiling.
