Gathering Test Movies

Test movies are important as they allow you to test IkaLog's scene recognition.

If you test IkaLog with a 5 minute video clip, it will take time, but if you prepare a 10 second clip, it won't take as long to process.

Clip a scene with FFMPEG

ffmpeg -i source_movie.mp4 -ss start_sec -t length_sec destination.mp4

Example

ffmpeg -i /Users/hasegaw/Downloads/Splatoon\ Playthrough\ Part\ 1.mp4 -ss 2028 -t 8 en_dekaline.mp4

Test

Process the movie with IkaLog.
