This commit changes output_database file extension from .db to .odb. OpenROAD file explorer only allows for .odb to be opened from GUI. Signed-off-by: Maciej Dudek <mdudek@antmicro.com>

This PR changes database extension from.db to .odb.
OpenROAD gui file explorer only allows for .odb files to be loaded.
It doesn't affect GDS rules.
