@ryjones -- is there anyway to make these PRs from Snyk have DCO? Is it something were not setting up right in the scanning being done by Snyk?

@berendsliedrecht -- assuming we can get the DCO issue resolved, would you be able to shepherd through these changes? Looks like the JavaScript tests are failing.
