Feature
2019 RAV4 Hybrid lateral tuning and mass tweaks for smoother turning.
Description
The legacy lateral tuning parameters for RAV4 Hybrid TSS2 causes very jerky turning on curved roads. These tweaks were developed in conjunction with Erich#4634 on Comma AI Discord
Testing
Tested via real-world driving and value tuning on 2019 RAV4 Hybrid XLE
