We're going to be presenting interledger.rs to a bunch of developers at a hackathon in the beginning of October. In order to provide a good experience, we need to:

• Get the ILP Address from a parent node Get node ILP Address from parent #248

• Have a basic API for getting incoming payment notifications API: Notifications for Incoming STREAM Packets #197
• HTTP API for quoting HTTP API for quoting #255
• Decide if we want to break any existing endpoints (for example, moving or changing the /pay endpoint to be more RESTful) Should we change any of the HTTP API endpoints? #258
• Either support BTP account creation (implement BTP open signup for the Redis store and include that in the node) or pre-load accounts on the testnet nodes Decide how nodes will connect to the testnet #260

I'm so sorry for taking time for so long on doing my tasks (#198, #179, #113, #206, #171, #194, #215, #209).

After the last call, I thought I would probably be able to finish this in 2 weeks but it seems difficult because I have only 1 day left. CLI stuff is closer to finish but Dockerizing and making .mds testable would remain unsolved.

I did some work on Dockerizing and it would look like:

I thought about using docker-compose and I've actually made a docker-compose.yaml but I realized that if we use docker-compose, the readers might not be able to understand procedures or settings deeply, so I think this is not a good idea. We should just use docker.
