  • public results should have server-side timers from which clients would sync
  • any screen should be able to get the correct timer settings by syncing with the timerrecreiver objects
  • The absolute time stamp received by publicresults does not work well if the timezone of the owlcms computer is wrong.
  • publicresults should ignore the received time and put the current millis since epoch instead.
