There's a bit where we convert youtube links from "www.youtube.com/embed" or "www.youtube.com/watch?v="
#' format so they can be properly rendered on Leanpub.
I made this its own function that will be exported so I can use it over on jhudsl/OTTR_Template#171
Additionally, I added a line to the GHA that should remove the leanbuild folder so the PRs it sends to https://github.com/jhudsl/DaSL_Course_Template_Leanpub will be more accurate.
