Currently, all platforms takes os_channel = "stable", but bare metal takes os_channel = "flatcar-stable", as it still includes CoreOS support (#324), we should unify that, so it is not surprising for the users coming from other platforms.

- unify `os_channel` on bare-metal, closing #445
