Grouping a number of logging related issues together:

• Refactor actuators around a context #305 - Refactor actuators around a context
• Events should be recorded into the events API #127 - Implement Events API
• mixed logging, one looks like logrus one looks like glog #324 - Mixed logging formats (glog vs. zap)
• Logs are extremely noisy #259 - (Zap) Logs are extremely noisy
• append some context to logs #323 - Append context to logs
