Currently, controller-runtime does not support setting UseExistingCluster dynamically via environment variables (similarly to envKubeAPIServerBin or envEtcdBin, etc.).

It would be very convenient and helpful to provide a uniform way in which users can dynamically set the option to UseExistingCluster via the environment.
