Improve Documentation about Iptables - KEP 3453

This is a Feature Request
Following the communication for this KEP kubernetes/enhancements#3453,

It was suggested adding this into https://k8s.io/docs/reference/networking/virtual-ips/ once the main branch has merged into dev-1.26, post release stage.

It was suggested adding this into https://k8s.io/docs/reference/networking/virtual-ips/ once the main branch has merged into dev-1.26, post release stage.

The merge I had in mind has happened. We are also able to update the same page after the v1.26 release, if we have to.
