• uk/docs/rate-limits : fix an issue with bold (**)
• draft-isrg-cp, draft-isrg-cps and draft-le-sa : invalid html generated ! BUG !

Note: that bug is present in my local machine but not on the Netlify preview:

As the bug only occurs with \r\n, it doesn't impact Linux platform.
