Working version of f0a4e2b
Until nhn/tui.editor#2742 is fixed which causes lots of markdown to emit HTML tags which won't work and also generates incorrect markdown in certain cases.
3.1.7 is the last version that handles this correctly (before nhn/tui.editor#2572).
Checking the history, the only stuff relevant to us I can see that this downgrade loses is a minor bugfix: nhn/tui.editor#2598
