Switch to Rails 3

Works. Tested with Rails 3.0.7. see Gemfile.lock to see all list of dependencies.
Problems:
I had to comment all logger entries in imapmailbox because logger object is not seen by int this scope.

Hello,
I cloned repo to my account. The status is that I moved to Rails 3.2.2 and added Tweeter Bootstrap as a main theme. Check my repo:

Milr is working quite well, some fixes are needed to handle not well formed mail messages and I want add some JavaScript mechanisms to improve user experience.
