Is this passing for people locally. The sleep() is a possible variation issue per testing. I'm just trying to watch it in vnc. |

Will need to look at the failing tests. Marking this as draft for now. We can ignore the patch with Drupal 10.3 with localgovdrupal/localgov_project#167, so this can wait until 10.2 is no longer supported. |
