Doesn't show any error message when customer click on Add to cart button without selecting atleast one product from recently orderred list

Preconditions (*)

1. Magento 2.3.x

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. Login into customer account.
2. Add preferred product to cart and place order.
3. Navigate to My Account Dashboard/Product listing apge.
4. Click on "Add to cart" button in Recently ordered block on left side.

Expected result (*)

Show error message when customer click on Add to cart button without selecting atleast one product from recently orderred list.

Actual result (*)

System just reloading the page without showing any error message when customer clicking on Add to cart button without selecting any product from recently orderred list.
