Yeah, the enduring questions perspective crystallized a few things for me. I think it also supports starting with a minimalist set of 'top' level categories--e.g. Urban, Agriculture, Coastal, off-shore...there are two others which I cannot for the life of me remember. Anyway. I'm not suggesting these categories are useful, in and of themselves, all together at the same time, but the do provide a base by which one can reach the features and concepts of interest (at whichever level of detail is warranted). |
Framework should mention that classification systems should highlight the "why" it exists.
