The big change here is that now on Windows we've switched to using an executable rather than a batch file to call the default compiler.

The main change with this release is that now on Windows, the zig.bat file (and consequently the compilers themselves) will be installed to the same directory as zigup.exe. For more details on this see #13 (comment)
