The width of the circle with upwards arrow is 38px.
The width of the green dot is, 6px border-left+6px border-right+4pc white inner dot = 16px
Leaving us with 22px total space on both sides of green dot. So 11px left will make place on the dead centre.
Although I would recommend using flex properties for achieving, which will make it less prone to these issues if something else changes in future.
