This PR will add the RoomKnocksBar from the knocking feature to the new RoomHeader.

I think I need some context here. Why was the bar in the codebase before but never shown?

Also I think github has made a total mess of this diff.I'm assuming the only change is to add an inden to a large block of code to put it in a container then add the bar conditionally?

The RoomKnocksBar is a feature introduced for the knocking feature. Currently, the knocking feature is behind a labs/feature flag. We started to implement the RoomKnocksBar for the legacy room header in parallel to your implementation of the new room header. So, this PR adds the RoomKnocksBar to the new room header to avoid it being missed for the knocking feature (in case the new room header is going to be rolled out soon as the default).

Also I think github has made a total mess of this diff.I'm assuming the only change is to add an inden to a large block of code to put it in a container then add the bar conditionally?

Yes, you are right! The GitHub diff is unfortunate. It doesn't handle the indentation/spaces properly.
