Tools for longitudinal analysis within the EGG (Early Growth Genetics) Consortium.

Installation

• Install the development version from GitHub:

# install.packages("remotes")
remotes::install_github("mcanouil/eggla")

• Install a particular version:

# install.packages("remotes")
remotes::install_github("mcanouil/eggla@v1.0.0")
# or the latest stable version
remotes::install_github("mcanouil/eggla@latest")

Docker Images

• docker pull ghcr.io/mcanouil/eggla:devel.
• docker pull ghcr.io/mcanouil/eggla:latest.
