Removes animation API function, which was ported to Add Azure Functions for creating images and animations planetary-computer-apis#115
Allow setting progress bar and brand animation options
Prefer animation hints as defaults for collections for which they're set
Preserve frame settings per collection during session

This has been ported to the pcfunc app.
