Dev docs need to be improved

In multiple docs the file links are broken. They start with src/ instaed of /src/.

Is there any changes with relation to this?

I've been trying to get a PowerToys listed as an approved application with the organization I'm at, but it's been difficult as their policy essentially considers anything with a version < 1.0 as "beta" software that is not 'production ready'.
