[nothing personal] Create vanity URL w/o a dash + a redirect

Hello. We received a request by the folks at Spotify to use a URL that is easier to read on a spoken audio ad spot. Right now, the URL is mozilla.org/nothing-personal, which makes it a bit awkward to read out loud with the dash.

Let's please remove the dash and make a vanity URL of mozilla.org/nothingpersonal that redirects to the page.
