Oh cool! I've pushed the same fix to livereload/livereload-js#23, since I didn't know what kind of upgrade path you were on. |

Livereload fails to properly compare URLs when LINKs are served with differently-cased RELL attributes.
Already fixed for guard/guard-livereload#118, but made it more elegant 2nd time around...
