Type: updated ckeditor5 dependencies and fix build issues.
Additional information
This update allows usage of the latest version of Ckeditor5.
I updated all ckeditor5 dependencies to version 16, to allow usage of latest (at the time of writing) version and features like text transformations.
To fix build issues with ES6, I changed uglifyjs to terser (cf ES6 support broken again webpack-contrib/uglifyjs-webpack-plugin#362 (comment))
Also I didn't update style-loader to be able to build without changing the code, following this : (Compatibility with style-loader@1.0.0 ckeditor/ckeditor5#1945)
