Now that the test uses an open port assigned by the operating system rather than a hardcoded common.PORT, it can be moved to parallel. Change the test to use
listen(0)instead ofcommon.PORT, then move the test toparallel. Checked for parallel flakiness withpython3 tools/test.py -j96 --repeat 192 test/parallel/test-child-process-fork-getconnections.Checklist
make -j4 test(UNIX), orvcbuild test(Windows) passes
