Motivation

Improve the performance of roialign_forward, roialign_backward, nms and focalloss_forward with MLU backend.

Modification

  1. Add an optimized kernel BinPart for roialign_forward in mmcv/ops/csrc/common/mlu/roi_align_mlu_kernel.mlu.
  2. Change the partition strategy over onchip resources for roialign_backward in mmcv/ops/csrc/common/mlu/roi_align_mlu_kernel.mlu.
  3. Add unionX kernel for nms in mmcv/ops/csrc/common/mlu/nms_mlu_kernel.mlu and mmcv/ops/csrc/pytorch/mlu/nms_mlu.cpp.
  4. Change the computation strategy of focalloss_sigmoid_forward in mmcv/ops/csrc/common/mlu/focal_loss_sigmoid_mlu_kernel.mlu and mmcv/ops/csrc/pytorch/mlu/focal_loss_sigmoid_mlu.cpp.
