[exporter/signalfx] update translation rule to use a copy of system.cpu.time & system.paging.operations and leave the original one intact

In the config option include, the signalfx exporter readme uses the metric system.cpu.time in the example https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib/blame/00404678de26ba3863166c3181f79790c984ec63/exporter/signalfxexporter/README.md#L166

This example does not work as the original copy system.cpu.time is getting split and renamed.

I've back of the envelope evaluated the impact of these changes for a gateway receiving 5000 hosts worth of 8 state system.cpu.time dps for 32 cores (1280000 dps)*. Copying adds about 80MB to the runtime.MemStats.Sys footprints from ~690MB and ~2s average increase in processing from ~8s: rmfitzpatrick@1c23d59.
